BOOKING QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I plan my session?
Planning in advance is always the best bet! The best time to book your session is around 4-5 months in advance and setting the shoot for 1-2 months before you need the products back. However, if you need something in a couple weeks then we can definitely get something turned around for you! Some products take longer for others in production but that’s something we can discuss during the booking process.

How do I book you for my session?

Is there a retainer to book my session?
Yes, a signed contract and non refundable retainer of $150 is due to book your shoot.

How are payments accepted?
Everything is done online via a secure client area. Payments for retainer can be made via all major credit cards. Sorry but checks are not accepted at this time.

STUDIO INFORMATION & DESTINATION BOUDOIR

Where are you located?
I am located in Akron, Ohio but serve NYC, Portland, Chicago, Baltimore, DC, Boston and many more cities!

If I am located in Ohio and want to use a hotel rather than the studio how does that work?
Anything outside the studio is at the client’s expense. I can recommend a list of local hotels that will be a great backdrop for your session.

If I am outside Ohio do I pay for the hotel? 
No you don’t. The hotel cost is calculated into your investment package. If you want to use a different location that will be at your expense but nothing is deducted from your package as I still have to cover travel costs.

GALLERIES AND EDITING

How long does it take to receive my gallery after my session?
Your gallery will be placed online within 3-5 business days from your session. Once it is up you will have an email with all instructions for viewing your gallery as well as ordering information, image selection and more. All galleries are private in nature with your own unique password.

Do you edit the images?
Any images that you buy are fully edited with airbrushing and anything else to make it perfect! However your initial gallery will only contain unedited images. Once you have decided on your final images those will be edited within 5-7 business days and placed back online for final approval before product ordering.

Can you edit out acne, stretch marks, scars?
Yes, at your session we will go over what you want from your editing. I will make notes on things you would like to be edited such as a scar on your side or that annoying pimple that showed up the morning of. My goal is to provide images that are completely edited but also are true to you and not the fake 100% airbrushed version.

How long will my gallery be up?
All galleries are up for 1 month before they expire.

Do my images have to go on your website?
Absolutely not! After your session we will discuss options for how you would like your images used. You will sign a model release form indicating if you would like them used publicly or not.

DURING YOUR SESSION

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, however, I do limit it to ONE friend during the shoot.

Who will be there during my shoot?
Ramona will be there for makeup assistance, if booked ( and if doing a local Ohio session) along with me and occasionally a female assistant.

What goes on during a shoot?
The first thing we go over when you arrive is looking through what you brought. I want to see all your outfits, any inspiration pictures you have or your ideas. Once we go over that we’ll then pick out some favorite music and get shooting. I direct the entire shoot and help you with your posed and moves the entire session. You do not have to make up posing by yourself (unless of course, you have been practicing and want to show off your hard work!) I’m also a fast shooter and keep the pace going the entire time. We joke around and I talk a lot. Be prepared to indulge some life stories!We’ll have lots of music, drinks and products to look over during the shoot as well.

OUTFITS AND MAKEUP

Do you provide outfits?
I do have on hand a range of lingerie in different sizes. However, I highly encourage all clients to bring their own and if they’d like they can incorporate my stuff into their session. Everything fits different so it’s very important to come with things they you know fit your body perfectly.

Do you provide makeup?
All sessions in Ohio can book Ramona for hair and makeup at the investment of $125 which is due at your session in cash or credit card.

What is included for hair and makeup?
Hair will include a look of your choice. Ramona will give some recommendations. For makeup Ramona uses all Chanel and Dior makeup to create a flawless look. You will also receive fake eyelashes for your session and these are yours to keep after the session.
