Monthly Archives: March 2011When I was in NYC a couple weeks ago I did some shooting with some past clients. I really wanted to get to the Brooklyn Bridge and play around with some fun accessories and shoot for myself a little bit. When we got there the bridge was under construction but no worries, Amy and Dana rocked it out anyways!! First stop for pictures, the apartment I rented in the West Village. Amy and Dana both bought their own wedding dresses but I also had brought an all lace dress I wanted to shoot with. A bit bridal boudoir for the first shots is what I was going for. Dana, you are gorgeous!!
And Amy in her dress. We picked the coral necklace and against her skin and hair and the room is really stood out and looked beautiful. A little fringe.. along with an adorable smile/laugh and a headband. I told you this necklace is amazing on this girl! Amy has some natural, sexy looks! And then off to Brooklyn Bridge we went! I was a bit bummed when we got there and they had all the construction but onward we go and shoot away! It was such a blast to shoot here as I have wanted to for a couple years now. It was also a riot to listen to everyone pass by! Loved this black hair piece we put in Dana’s hair and a little black and white.. I had a couple images in my head and I knew I NEEDED a sequin bolero. I found this on etsy and the were able to overnight it to me. It’s absolutely gorgeous and I’ll definitely be using it again!
Thank you again girls, I had a blast!! XOXO I will start by saying, I wish I only looked 1/2 as good as Miss D does when I am sick! Even sick she did an amazing job and looked fab!! The first couple images are from an outfit I have here at my home studio. Girls will always bring their own outfit for their boudoir session but just incase they change their mind I have some backups. She saw this, loved it and the rest is boudoir photography history!! When I shot a session I love getting detail shots and more mysterious shots. Not everything needs to have their face in it and a little mystery is always good.
Ahhhh, the love of my room, the chandelier. The shot on the right is my favorite. Still showing off her body, you can still tells its her but you also get that mystery. Another detail shot with some cleavage. I get the shot I want of the ring and make the guy happy by adding the cleavage To schedule your boudoir session today in Akron, NYC, Chicago or anywhere(I travel A LOT) just click here and get more info right now! Miss J came in for my Valentines Day Special and was so fun to work with! I picked the following images because I just love the simplicity in them but at the same time they are very sexy! She isn’t showing it all off but still enough to peak your interest. I love these kind of shots the most and always try to end a session with some more revealing yet classy and sexy shots! Thanks again J, you are gorgeous!!!

A couple weeks ago I headed to NYC for some more boudoir sessions and this time mother nature played the lead role in this clients session. With her makeup artist unable to get to her because of flooding on a major highway Miss A had to cancel and do her session on Sunday. I assured her it would go on without a hitch and we did it! Miss A was fabulous and we definitely hit it off during our session. I like usual talk nonstop and run over on time but that doesn’t matter because in the end I met another amazing women and got some great shots for her to last a lifetime!
