What to Wear Wednesday

In February I am heading out to Vegas for WPPI, an annual photographers Convention. While I am out there I want to book a session for myself. I figure there really is no better place than Vegas to get a session done and it should really put me in the mood. So, I needed to start looking for ideas for my own session. One thing I love when it comes to boudoir outfits are things that are still sexy but not full lingerie. I love shooting girls in baggy sweaters and knew this was something I wanted to do. It’ll also hide the areas I want to hideI didn’t want just any sweater so I found this fabulous shiny sweater from Bloomingdales and I want to pair it with some fishnet thigh highs to add some more sexiness.

If lingerie is totally outside of your comfort zone like it is for me then try an outfit like this. A sweater is in my everyday wardrobe but with a little bling and some thigh highs it keeps it comfortable for me and sexy!

Boudoir Photos in Cleveland

What to Wear Wednesday

My What to Wear Wednesday was inspired by a newly painted piece in my shooting space and also the new store opening of Journelle, my favorite lingerie store in NYC. I have been on a major gold kick lately and decided to paint a frame I had gold instead of black. I have also been dreaming of some gold tones for lingerie. Something about it is so sexy!

Pair with a pair of black pumps and some messy hair and o la la!

Washington DC Boudoir Photographer

There are so many times I need to pinch myself, make sure this is all real and not some dream. Traveling to new locations, meeting new people, shooting in amazing places and getting to help others along the way. Some of you may recognize this gorgeous lady from last years Vegas workshop. Since I was teaching others I didn’t get too many shots of her but on a stop to DC for a boudoir session she came by and helped me out. It was so fun to work with her again. Susannah is such a gorgeous women on the outside but also on the inside. It’s impossible to not want to be here friend and be around her. She’s welcoming, funny and just has an awesome personality.

We did 2 different looks for her session. One more vixen look was amazing red lips and then another more soft look with the most comfortable looking cardigan ever! Clearly she rocks both looks SO well!

What to Wear Wednesday

In honor of the fashion show last night we have some looks pulled right from the runway! While some of these are a bit ridiculous (teal space look with pirate looking scarf thing?) the rest of them are gorgeous. I love the blue corset look with the thick striped thigh highs. The red outfit has been very popular this year with clients and it looks amazing on! Definitely check out the website to see more looks- you are sure to get a ton of ideas for outfits!
